I got the roofbars i was after and the service was very good.

The roof rack is designed to match with the fittings on the car (Audi A2) and now that I has made adjustments it is ideal. The delivery was spot on and you even gave me a reminder when new stock was delivered....

Found it easy to put in my reg. and be confident that the roof bars would fit my Duster - which they did. I did find it a bit tricky to put together (instructions weren't great) but actually the final product is brilliant and once set up, will be easy to pop on and take off quickly

I ordered the wrong roof bars and on contacting Matt he corrected my mistake. The replacements arrived the following day and he arranged collection of the incorrect bars. Great service.

I had a problem installing them because I did not follow the instructions properly, all the way through Matt was very helpful and eventually I realised my mistake and they fit easily and perfectly.

The product is fantastic, the mats are just as described, a good thick quality and fit very well. A perfect addition to the car. My only dissatisfaction was the delivery, this is no fault of DriveDen, but I would recommend they do not use Yodel, I ordered on the 19th November, it arrived at the local Yodel sorting depot by the 21st and sat there until the 24th when they contacted me to advise a signature would be needed, and that they would not leave it in my designated safe place. Due to this I opted for it to go to my local collection shop, it did not arrive here until 3rd December, after having to contact Yodel on the 1st, waiting an hour for them to reply stating to wait another 48hrs and if it still hadn’t arrived I’d have to take it up with DriveDen, not them.
