Due to a delay, we arrived late, this was not a problem for the Hull team. They were friendly, quick and efficient. Car was clean and all damages listed - very easy to check over.

Absolutely shocking customer service from 2 of the reception staff at the Hull Branch (complaint has been raised) rude and abrupt on the phone , hidden fees once getting to the branch for not owning a credit card & no refund issued when cancelling the booking . Completely different to any other car hire company I’ve used before. Certainly worth checking every last little bit of small print with this company that’s how they get you by the b*lls. Wouldn’t recommend in the slightest. Out of pocket, wasted time on my day off & no hire car to show for it.

The Service I received from Terri at Hull was brilliant from Start to finish, really helpful and polite, the new Peugeot 2008 was an amazing car to Drive would definitely recommend 👍🙂.

I have rented a few cars now through Drivalia Hull. The cars are always clean, tidy and well presented. My recent rental was picked up on Saturday 24th. Terri was really helpful, polite and courteous making sure I was aware of things to do with the car.
Uploading documents onto the portal helped to speed things up. Thank you.
