The delivery was impressively quick, and the item arrived within a very short timeframe, which I appreciate. That is why I am giving three stars. However, the product I received was significantly different from what was advertised on the website. The quantity was notably less than suggested by the product images. Considering the price and the destination country, it is reasonable to say that I would have expected the total cost—including delivery—to be closer to one third of what I paid. The product itself was of poor quality and not suitable to give as a gift; in fact, it was quite disappointing.

I must say, the customer service team responded very quickly and offered a highly satisfactory resolution.

Delivery was very late. Also, a birthday hamper is supposed to look good, at least decent, which was not the case. Really disappointed. They need to find better delivery partners
UPDATE - Drinkable Gifts contacted me with an apology. They offered a 10% credit on the total order. Excellent customer service! However, the whole purpose of arranging a gift is to remember the occasion & no amount of apology can bring back those lost moments. I have updated my review to 3 stars from 1 star.

From the moment I entered, I was surrounded by vibrant colors, charming decor, and the soothing sounds of soft music playing in the background. I was particularly drawn to their selection of artisanal candles—each one more inviting than the last. I ended up purchasing a delightful lavender-scented candle, and the staff even suggested a matching essential oil. The ambiance of the shop is so relaxing, I could have spent hours there! It’s clear that a lot of thought goes into curating their offerings. I can’t wait to return and discover more treasures!

Sending gifts overseas was a brand new adventure for me. Working with the lovely folks (Katherine Moore in particular) lent a professional ease to the entire process.. I was guided every step along the way and when we hit a snag with providing accurate contact information..Katherine never left the conversation..she was efficient and courteous and assured me all was perfect..and it was..not only did 6 gifts arrive safe and sound in Japan..but I was given tracking information that followed the path of delivery..on the other end..EVERY SINGLE RECIPIENT was so please and excited about the gifts they received..I was sent videos..the gifts were first rate and quality driven..I couldn't be happier with DrinkableGifts..My recommendation is high and I will certainly recommend to EVERYONE I know..A Big Thank You to ALL

The site is easy to navigate. The prices are reasonable. However, if you choose weekend delivery they tack on an extra $19.99. To edit my order, I had to use the back button on my browser. It saved most of the information I'd already typed, but I had to respecify the logo I wanted.
I'd use this service again to send alcohol to my friends in Europe.

I ordered a gift for my daughter on Dec. 8, 2022. I was given an option on when I wanted it delivered so I chose Dec. 23, 2022. She received it on Jan. 4, 2023. I read and understood that deliveries around Christmas may not get there in time. Here's where I found what the problem was. Drinkable gifts uses Purolator who claimed that they called and tried delivery 2x. My daughter was home on those days and never received a call or notice. I guess this review is really against the delivery company, but I still feel that Drinkable gifts has some responsibility once the order leaves the "warehouse". I will never use them again.

I ordered a gift to be delivered to my son in France but it did not arrive on time because of logistical problems. But the company was able to work it out and my son received his gift a week later. I worked with the company by texting them daily and they kept me updated and then successfully completed my order. I will be happy to work with them again.

Trustworthy. Delivered on time and the gift was beautifully packed and well-presented. There was a bit of a delay in getting the delivery notification, but the customer service (over whatsapp) was prompt and addressed this issue within a few minutes. Strongly recommended.
