I have to admit this is a very pretty dress, but what I received isn't exactly as the posted picture/description. I fell in love with it because of the rhinestones that look like a belt... I'm disappointed that I'll have to add some to have the same look of the posted picture. I was charged the shipping fee but the extra rhinestones are free. I typically wear a US size6, but l was advised to order a size 10; I'm glad that I did. All in all, after getting this dress altered locally and dry cleaned (there's a slight smell), I think this will be officially my wedding dress in July! I will post an updated picture after my special day.

I ordered a custom designed MOB dress and a fabric swatch. I paid via PayPal and received the fabric swatch (which was a no charge item). I never received the dress. I have communicated with Dress Afford 17 separate times asking for a tracking number for the dress and they repeatedly give me the tracking number that was issued for the fabric swatch. On a later email from DA they stated there was a glich in their email server and some items had duplicate tracking numbers (that doesnt make sense. Here is their response and they consider the ticket resolved.

We are very sorry to inform you that we had a tech glitch on our email server and we have accidentally sent out a duplicate tracking notice to some of our customers ordered from February to April. If you have already received your package please do not worry about the email. Thank you!

I'm fighting this because i paid good money for a custom made dress that i never received. You can do this by working with PayPal. Keep copies of all of your correspondence and order information. This is horrible customer service.

My son's wedding is in July and I was looking for a dress that would be a little bit different from the rest and I found it on Dressafford. The whole process from beginning to end was very professional and the actual dress (based upon the measurments given to them) was excellent Quite frankly, I was surprised as I had never ordered a dress in this manner. I retook my measurements several times until I felt that it was correct and that is a very important part of the process. I would have no hesitation to order again from Dressafford! Great selction, and great customer service.

0 stars!!!! Their return policy is totally unaffordable and unrealistic! They recommended I just sell my dress on craigs list if it cost too much! Total SCAM!!

I’d give negative 100 if I could. The dress that I received looked nothing like the dress that I had ordered. After several emails back and forth with Molly, they were only willing g to refund me 80% minus the cost of shipping both ways. This is ridiculous. She ended up admitting that the dresses they make are only about 80% what the photos show. Even that’s a stretch in my opinion because mine was only about .80% similar. It looks like a cross between an ugly dance costume and a bad prom gown.

Don’t order from Dress Afford unless you want to be very disappointed.

I received my Custom made wedding dress within the time frame of 25 to 35 days along with my daughter's dress. The quality and finish of the wedding dress is FABULOUS. My dress is covered in lace and the quality of the materials is stunning. I asked to shorten the dress by 1 inch and exchanged emails with Stella to make sure we were on the same wavelength. Great customer care! I am so happy with my dress as I know I couldn't find one similar to that one in the shops. My daughter's dress is very good too. It is a little heavy with a lot of material. But the finish is beautiful for both. Ironing needs a warm steam. It's all ready to go until D day. Thank you to all who have played a part in making those 2 dresses. I am very impressed with the quality and the price. I highly recommend this company. The selection is beautiful and it's hard to pick the one! My daughter's dress is a floor length puff short sleeve chiffon in turquoise and my dress is a scoop neck lace half sleeve sheath.

This dress was absolutely FABULOUS! Before it came, I was a little hesitant, but the Dressafford customer service put my mind at ease. It arrived way earlier than expected too (which was great!). The fabric is quality, and the fit tailored just for me. I purchased a custom size, and all measurements were exactly accurate to what was specified. I literally could not have been happier with this dress for my elopement wedding. I love the hi-low cut on the hem and the beautiful illusion lace detail - it fit like a dream and was beautiful on. It was the perfect style for my body shape. Like any wedding dress, I did need to take it to my tailor before the big day for very minor alterations, IE; taking the waist in, etc. But I was expecting this, as I would with any wedding dress. Would definitely purchase from this site again, for me it truly was quality for a great price. (For reference, I purchased the "Country Informal Knee-Length Short Sleeve Wedding Dress With Illusion Lace Details").

My dress just came in super early and I must say I'm very impress! It came in looking exactly like the picture and the fit is perfect!

We had a terrible experience with this seller, and I hope this review will prevent others from falling into the trap that is dressafford. We ordered a wedding dress several months in advance and paid for custom measurements. The dress sent to us looks nothing like the dress pictured. It is the wrong color and does not fit even though custom measurements were sent in. In trying to contact the seller I got muddled, unprofessional responses. They originally told me they would refund $30 for the botched dress they sent that uncomfortably squeezes my daughter's chest and looks ridiculous, and they said I should take it for alterations if we didnt like the fit. I emailed again and sent pictures of my daughter wearing the poorly made dress along with pictures of what it should have looked like, and they responded that they were sorry about my dissatisfaction and would only be refunding $20. I am not sure why the refund went down, and I would strongly suggest steering clear of this company.
