Denier of the Nottingham Marina shop was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the products and was able to give us sound advice on our sleep needs.
The delivery team were polite, used overshoes in the house and happily removed our old mattress and set up the new one with no problems at all.

We’ve bought beds from here over the past 17 years and I’m pleased to say their reliability’s not changed. Highly recommend both the shop and delivery staff.

Mattress came at expected time brought by 2 gentlemen who were polite ,efficient and helpful , taking the old mattress away as arranged.

Delivery of our new mattress, was perfect. Polite/Friendly and shoes taken off, before entry to our house by the two delivery men. The mattress comfort is great, giving us good night's of sleep.

Buying my new single mattress was very easy. I walked into the showroom, I was greeted at the door by Amanda, who offered me her arm to assist my walk to her desk where she helped me into a seat. she was very thoughtful to understand my disability immediately.
She helped me to decide which product would be most useful and assisted my walk to try the mattress for comfort. She explained the delivery process fully and made my buying process an easy and pleasant experience. A lovely young girl who put me at my ease throughout with no hard sell, just understanding of my needs.
The two delivery men arrived on time, wrapped the old mattress for disposal and placed the new mattress on my bed making the whole delivery very quick and easy. The mattress is superb.
From walking into the store to greeting the delivery men was a smooth, easy and pleasant experience.
Total understanding of my physical disability throughout and I would recommend Dreams to anyone.

From the moment I entered the store, I knew I was in good hands! My aunt said if I wanted to buy beds or mattresses to go to Dreams. She wasn't wrong. Both staff and products were excellent. Amanda was a gem!

When we received our new mattress the delivery guys were friendly and helpful, couldn’t have done more. Amazing first experience and I will definitely be using them again in the future.

As we are two pensioners we deliberately paid for a bed assembly service. When the bed was delivered the crew wouldn’t assemble it as they were worried about parking( despite us advising in advance) so we had to do it - and no refund to date of the assembly fee
