Friendly and helpful
We had a great experience at the Dreams store at St George’s in Leicester after viewing a bed for our toddler online. Staff member Christopher was very welcoming, accompanying us to view the bed and gave us very useful advice regarding the bed size and mattress type, and was great with letting our son try the mattress for comfort. He then gave us a thorough explanation of the buying process and delivery arrangements. Thank you Christopher!

I can't fault Dreams
I can't fault Dreams. I have had two bed,s and a bed settee off them .May be a little more to pay but you get what you pay for. And the delivery man are very nice. and just get on with their job ..as I have each one of my bed,s put together by then in very quick time and taking the old one away .All I can say is thank you

Great customer care
Great customer care, comprehensive mattress check suitability. Not pressured into making a purchase. Left to decide from a variety which met our needs. Picked up a tempur mattress with X2 pillows. Very much looking forward to this getting delivered.

Anil at the St George's leicester is a great guy, helps you without pressure, gives you things to think about before your purchase and makes sure your 💯 percent happy.
That coupled with there displays of beds makes them very impossible to beat .

Exceptional service throughout
Exceptional service throughout from visiting the store to delivery to my home. The store staff were very pleasant and helpful and their knowledge of the products was excellent. On the day of delivery the couriers were again very pleasant, arrived on time, polite, smartly dressed and placed the bed exactly where I requested. I cannot fault any of the service and would certainly recommend to my family and friends.
