Helpful and friendly advice in store. Bed we bought was good value, delivered on time and was easy to assemble.

The process from purchase to receiving my appliances was very easy, I had to delay the delivery for certain reasons which was accepted and the delivery was good, Made easy by a good delivery service. Very pleased.

I was looking to purchase 3 mattresses for our new home. Saw the Dreams TV ad. checked the Dreams website and was amazed by the 60% sales offer on Dreams' own mattress product line. Went to the showroom to see the mattresses in person and try them before purchasing. The showroom staff, and in particular Pauline, were very friendly and we did the test on the machine to get the recommendations based on my sleeping profile, etc. Pauline, based in the Guildford showroom was very friendly and took her time to explain everything. She went the extra mile offering me extra perks - mattress covers, etc. - to secure the deal. I purchased 3 mattresses, 3 bed covers, and 3 mattress protectors and I am really delighted with the price and the quality. I am waiting for my delivery in 2 weeks time and can not wait to have them delivered and I get a fantastic night of sleep on them. Also, I would recommend getting the bed cover to have ease of mind in case of spillage or deformity of the mattresses, just in case. One more thing is that I prefer mattresses that are not squished brand new into a box for delivery and it is great that Dreams mattresses are delivered as it is, rather than being rolled and squished into a box. I would highly recommend the Dreams mattresses, especially when they are on amazing offers. Many thanks :)

Fantastic service from Tammy/Tamara at the Guildford branch. Only went in to have a look and she offered us to try the sleep machine which was really cool. She then gave us a pillow and showed us a option of beds to try. Ended up buying an amazing mattress and pillows at a great price. Can’t wait to receive it and hopefully get a great nights sleep.

We purchased our new super king mattress with our local (at the time) store in Guildford. We were served by Pauline who was very knowledgeable, helpful and attentive. As we were moving house and the completion dates were fluid Dreams was very flexible in supporting a number of revisions and were able to deliver shortly after moving in. Items were delivered on time by a careful crew and all items unpacked, placed with packaging removed.

Always a proffessional service and good quality products at Dreams of Guildford. A variety of different products at reasonable prices. My return visit, after a few years, to replace my mattress was up to the usual high standard. The staff are friendly, informative and very helpfull. I was kept up to date with confirmation of delivery date and time by email and text. Lovely delivery men who were hygienic with shoe covers and cheery smiles. The showroom was immaculate and well organised. The staff there were very helpfull and I was even given a lovely latte. I definately recommend Dreams!
