I order a double mattress and double…
I order a double mattress and double ottoman bed. The bed is larger than the mattress and the mattress is sliding not firm on the board, incompatible. There is no studs to hold the bed up it’s in low position seems cheap and the inner board is just on the floor with a hole on the middle. Not impressed !!If it can correct please do . I went to dreams store to order, I don’t were went wrong waited 5 weeks . Thx

The welcoming and the assistance was…
The welcoming and the assistance was brilliant! The experience to test the best match mattress with the machine was amusing but also very accurate in our desire. The different possibilities on offer were from basic price to more expensive we went for a top middle range choice and really are happy with the overall service by dreams from the seller assistant in the shop to the delivery guys and finally enjoying our new mattress.

Delivery and product a Dream…

Excellent Service

Made an order in store and realised later that the product was on Black Friday sales 25%. I had a chat with CS and immediately got price matched and refund for the difference.

Poor product
I bought BRUSHED TWILL FOSSIL DOUBLE DEWAN.Very poor quality of the base.To join two parts of the bed base two cheap looking plastic clips are provided.these used to be metal ones.Didn’t expect this from dreams.I want to buy another bed.I am sure I won’t buy it from dreams.Two stars only for mattress I havnt used yet and customer service.

Always better to shop in a store and get personal service.
The salesman in the shop was particularly helpful and the bed he recommended has proved very satisfactory. The delivery was on time and very efficient and the staff explained the working of the adjustable bed.
