Customer service was excellent from the ease with which I made an appointment to visit the store, through to the welcome when I arrived and the time the colleague spent with me, helping me to choose a new mattress and then select payment/delivery options. I had a query about payment and I was able to phone the store and speak to a human being straight away, no messing about with call centres or online chatbots. Delivery was excellent: I was given a two-hour slot, and then a more precise arrival time on the morning of my delivery. The colleagues delivering the mattress were efficient, careful and professional. Top for customer service. As to the quality of the mattress, I'll have to give it a couple of weeks, but no problems so far.

Great service. Kept up to date of delivery. Delivery drivers alos phone on the day and were friendly. Offered to bring in mattress and were going to wear their over shoes but asked them to leave at front door as my flat was being renovated. Great service. Thanks lads.

Godfrey at the Seafield branch was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient with us. I liked the assessment at the start to slim the options of bed types and what firmness was preferable for our body type. It helped as there are plenty of options in the shop. We tried a fair few, and finally found our bed. Godfrey offered advice but gave us space when needed and there was never pressure. No hesitation in recommending this branch if you're in the market for a new bed or sofa bed which I didn't know they had until we visited.

I had an interaction with Ian and he was so knowledgeable and helpful. He understood my requirement of having a bed with specific Ivy color as well as my budget. He kept me informed about the offers going on and called me back which allowed me to afford the desired bed as reasonable price. He also processed my order on call and I didn't had to visit the branch again.

Everything they said it would be IS . Love my mattress

After our second dreams comfort guarantee exchange on a mattress, we found one more suited to my wife and myself. We picked it ourselves without the aid of a salesperson, we took delivery of it on the 29th of Nov 2023. The problem as we see it with dreams are twofold, firstly, when after 30 odd days with first mattress we did not like, it was rated medium but was granite like in firmness, they then said we could exchange it, which we did. We had to fork out another £49 immediately othrrwise they would not deliver it. We had upped the cost of the new mattres we had ordered by almost £800, you would have thought delivery of it would be free, no it wasnt. We had said mattress for 52 days it was as bad as the first. Picked another ourselves had to pay another £49 othrrwise they would not deliver. The mattress we picked was £200 pounds cheaper than the previous one (knighton) they said we could only have the £200 back in voucher,s to spend in their shops,which we reluctantly agreed to had to reapetedly phone cause vouchers nowhere to be seen, got hold of someone eventualy who gave us codes to use instore. We reluctantly spent it on overpriced pillow,s and a mattress protector neither of which we needed. We went with reviews of dreams, which were good, in hindsite i would never have used them in the first place, mattresses are described as one thing instore and another on their website. I am disgruntled having had to pay a further £98 for delivery of mattresses when comfort guarantee exchang should cover delivery, also dont appreciate being forced to spend £200 instore on items we did not need, they could have deducted this from the credit outstanding. All in all i would not deal with dreams again. Seafield rd branch Edinburgh, p.s. staff there are fine to deal with.

They were good and friendly. Showed me what I needed. It was a pleasure dealing with them. Delivery was prompt.

I was notified of their arrival in advance.
The delivery team was efficient, nice and professional.
They assembled the bed and took the boxes away with them when done.
The only minus would be that I have emailed them a month ago for advise on a purchase and they never replied.
However, I am so happy about the delivery that I won’t mark down for it.
