Super helpful staff
I suffer with anxiety and depression and the staff at this store were so helpful and understanding of my situation, especially Julie. She allowed me to try the sleep match bed, and guided me through a number of options of mattress and frame, before I settled on my new temper mattress. Thank you once again for making the experience a lot less stressful.

Great Experience, Even Better Sleep!
Wenhad a very simple, stress free experience when ordering our matress, we got a great deal, efficient and friendly delivery and all round top customer service from start to finish.
Best bit is we are getting much better sleep on our new matress and pillows

Excellent service at the shop - no pressure selling and everything geared to my own needs - I am disabled
Everything explained carefully and accurately by salesperson
Delivery on time with regular conversation with the driver and his colleague This enabled me to accurately communicate delivery times with my daughter so she could be here on its arrival
Two excellent delivery men. Nothing too much trouble and accurate attention to detail Very efficient and pleasant- great humour making it all a pleasant experience
