I wanted to leave a 2nd time visit review on Google but I was unable to, hence the reason I am writing my review on Trustpilot. My wife and I went to Dreams on Sunday (19/01/2025) to buy yet another mattress and bed frame and once more we were really pleased with the service and the quality of the products. Yet again, Charlie was with us throughout, answered all our questions and helped us choose the right mattress and bed frame. He is truly a gem and a true gentleman. Once again, the tea he served was amazing. The other staff members are also incredibly welcoming and friendly. We thank Charlie and the entire team for accommodating us and making our time there worthwhile. Dreams at Cardiff Newport Road is highly recommended.

Good sale price
We enjoyed the sleep monitor experience to determine the correct mattress for us, and that we had 50% off our purchase. We didn’t like that when we were asked if we would like the mattress taken upstairs on delivery and our old mattress recycled we weren’t told there was a substantial charge for these services. We refused these once we realised additional costs were added. The salesperson should say there is a charge for this when making the offer as it felt like this information was deliberately left out,

Dreams not Nightmares!
The staff in the Dreams Store were very friendly and professional. A very pleasant experience. The delivery was on time and again the delivery driver was very friendly and courteous.

It is important to be treated with respect
My experience was made easyby the helpful assistant,she was attentive,knowledgeable and very helpful to me when choosing my bed.
The bed was delivered as stated and the guys were also very helpful and polite.

Had a great experience choosing a mattress at Cardiff branch. We had the pressure points measured by the electronic mattress and 4 mattresses recommended. Mark (I believe) was super attentive and really helped to understand what would work best. Also got the pillows and voi la, the back stopped hurting and I’ve had no niggling aches at the neck either. Super pleased!

I was very disappointed when my…
I was very disappointed when my mattress arrived there was an awful aroma coming frpm said mattress I was told by the company this was due to a fire retardant which is added to the mattress and would go in a few days. The smell is stoll liingering more than two weeks later so I have now used the bed twice. My reason for changing my mattress because I had trouble with my back and wanted a firmer one unfortunately this mattress has not done this even though my pressure was measured my your machine set up in your shop for this purpose. I am very disappointed with my mattress and woul like your advice. S Churchill
