Delivered by very friendly chaps and they used new mattress wrapper to wrap our old one so they could take away then gave us helpful information about letting the mattress lay for a few hours before making the bed

Brandon at the Bexhill store was wonderful - very knowledgeable about the different products and explained what would be good/inadvisable for someone with my spine condition. Cannot recommend him highly enough. A really lovely guy. I had visited John Lewis and some local bed stores but the service from Brandon was exceptional. Would always return here if buying another bed.

Darren was very helpful and showed us the different mattress types. Buying was easy and our mattress was delivered as promised.

Good helpful staff ,liked the bed machine in shop.my only problem was I was told Tuesday was last day of sale when I bought my mattress then heard the sale continued with a further 10%off .

Staff in the shop were helpful but not pushy for the sale. The delivery was on time and the staff were excellent and ensured feet were covered as they came in. Explained what they were going to do and checked positioning of the bed.

Very helpful store colleague Linda guided us to our perfect bed. Air con in store broken though so a bit cold, need to get that fixed !!

We had a lovely lady Linda that helped us she was so helpful and gave us good adv she offered us Tea or Coffee plus chance to try the right mattress bed she was not pushed at all. A very lovely lady at Bexhill store and our purchase is very comfortable.

Very helpful sales staff with no pressure to buy before I was ready. Bed and mattress subsequently delivered on time, assembled quickly and old items taken away. Bed VERY comfortable.
