I’ve had DPF SOS out a few times for different vehicles and their diagnosis and repair is always spot on. And they always provide you with a full breakdown of what’s been done and needed. In my experience their repair rate is always 100%
Don’t use this company!!!
They come to you only to get your money not to fix your problem.
On my car DPF light came on and I called them they come few days later.
Clear fault and clean my DPF filter and give me 6 months warranty.
Next day after 25-30 miles DPF light came on again.
I have tried to contact them next three days until they answer, come to check run a test and told me that nothing wrong with DPF filter and now EGR valve is stack and need to replace it so they will check the price and will get back to me in couple of hours. This never happens!!!
I tried to call them back but they didn’t answer. I still wait for them to get back to me!!!
In the meantime I have found a different mechanic and hi fixed my issue very quickly with out replacing or touching EGR valve or DPF filter just run a simple DPF regeneration process!!!

HAD DPF SOS COME OUT THE OTHER WEEK FOR DPF CLEAN. HE SPENT ABOUT 1/2 HOUR RUNNING HIS TESTS AND TOLD ME THAT IT WAS THE HEAT SENSOR SO I TOLD HIM TO GO AHEAD WHICH HE WANTED £75 FOR THE THAT VISIT WHICH I FIND STRANGE AS YOU NORMALLY PAY ONCE THE REPAIR IS COMPLETE, HE SAID HE WILL CALL LATER IN THE AFTERNOON WITH A DATE FOR THE REPAIR,NO CALL SO ICALLED THE NEXT DAY AND HE SAID HE WILL CALL BACK IN 1/2 HOUR NO CALL THAT DAY ! AFTER A FEW DAYS I CALLED AGAIN WAS TOLD CALL YOU BACK IN 1/2 HOUR ANG GUESS WAHT ? NO CALL BACK. HE JUST WANTS THAT £75 INITIAL FEE THEN OFF TO THE NEXT WITH NO INTENTION OF FIXING THE PROBLEM, I LOOKED AT THE SENSOR A SEE THE CABLE WAS DAMAGED SO I REPLACE TRHE SENSOR MYSELF, I WOULD ADVISE ANYONE TO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!

Thanks for your review and sorry you feel that way but we charged you £75 for call out and diagnostics. As for you not getting your quotation or repair booked in we had a bereavement in the family since your initial visit but please accept our sincere apologies as this is no excuse for our service not being up to standard. I would also like to add we had you initially booked in for a DPF clean @ £210 if we were out to con you we would have carried out the clean regardless and then advised of the additional faults but we didn't we did a thorough diagnostics and ascertained that the dpf was good and if we had completed the works you would have paid a total of £138.99 including the initial £75. Saying its a con is a bit of a stretch. Yes we let you down due to unforseen circumstances and poor communication on out part but we definitely didn't con you.
I wrote a review in Sept 2023 of a terrible experience I had in July 2023 with these guys and they responded to the review on 31st Dec with lies. They claimed my mechanic worked on the car after they did which is absolutely a lie. They did a bad and incomplete job, they were called and booked for another time but never showed up, they didn't pick calls, didn't reply to messages but blocked my number. I called them with another number, they picked and still repeated the same thing done to my original line. My Mrs also called them severally but they did the same thing. Don't use this people, you will regret it!

The reason for the late reply was only due to us not having claimed our listing on trust pilot and we have many happy customers which includes businesses and public sector organisations. We deal with all complaints as fast as humanly possible and always request complaints are made in writing which you never did, but your complaint seems to be that we didn't repair the other issues with your vehicle, we are primarily a DPF Cleaning Company and as explained we are more than happy to do the follow up work but you wanted to do the work as cheap as possible which is fine we get times are tough but to protect the integrity of our work and to be able to warrant it we cannot fit the parts supplied by the customer, as if that part was to fail the customer would hold us responsible for a part we did not supply. We are very sorry you feel let down and didn't receive the service you expected but unfortunately we have to stick to what we felt was best for us as a business and you as a customer. We appreciate the time you have taken to offer your feedback as all feedback is greatly appreciated, and from all of us @ DPF SOS we hope you have a wonderful 2024
