My Seiko watch arrived within a week. The watch is great it exceeded my expectations. I am very happy with the watch and the seller. Also a link remover was in the box which made adjusting the bracelet easier. The price was very low though it was a Black Friday special.

Astonishingly fast delivery
The order was given 10 pm via the website, acknowledged the next morning, and the next morning advised the watch is on its way from Singapore. Expected a bit of a wait, but one day and one night later, the watch was on the patio by 7 am.
As expected, beautiful, haven 't stopped wearing it since, despite having five others to choose from.
Highly recommend this very switched on company.

Scam?
Ordered a watch approx 10 days ago, after payment received no acknowledgement or receipt from the company. Expected delivery was 3-5 days but nothing yet. No tracking number. I have sent over 3 contact emails through their website which is the only form of contact offered - no phone number available.
No response so far, I marked the subject line - contact ASAP. I have only received the automated response to each email promising contact within 12/24 hrs.
Still nothing.
Probably been scammed?

Thank you so much for the excellent customer service I received from Down Under Watches. I originally ordered a Men’s Seiko watch which was unsuitable for my needs due to me not researching the watch specifications correctly.
Down Under Watches allowed me to return my watch (brand new, in box etc) and they issued me a refund without any issues whatsoever. The communication was excellent.
Based on such a good experience I purchased another Men’s Seiko watch which was promptly sent. I couldn’t be happier with my new watch, the price and excellent customer service. I highly recommend DOWN UNDER WATCHES !! 🤗
