Missing items and customer service!
Ordered 3 bags of bread flour, yeast, vitamin c and some biscuits.
Order arrived without the yeast and vitamin c and with a random tub of baking powder. Can’t use the bread flour without yeast so I contacted them. The person who answered the phone appeared totally disinterested and said that a different department would need to deal with it.
Heard nothing back so will be returning everything and getting a full refund and going elsewhere

Ancient grains
I love the fact that Doves Farm Foods supplies ancient grains, such as Einkorn and Khorasan, and heritage ones - the link to prehistoric man (as in the prehistoric man found frozen in the Alps with Einkorn grain in his stomach) is quite something! It is lovely flour and bakes beautifully, would highly recommend. Speed of delivery great, as is customer services. Thanks Doves

I love Doves flour
I love Doves flour, they have the best organic flours in the market. I have been using them for years but always bought them at supermarkets. This was the first time I bought directly from Doves website because I was looking for my favourite flour (khorasan) which I can't find in the supermarket anymore. The website was very easy to use and my delivery arrived only a couple of days later. Excellent service. I highly recommend Doves Farm products!

Great organic flour at an amazing price.
Since starting to bake my own bread I have tried other flour and found Doves Farm flour makes the tastiest bread by far, especially the traditional organic!
The large sacks also make it cost effective, thank you very much you are the best :)

Excellent bread flour makes a great loaf
Excellent bread flour bought in a 16kg sack, lasts us a bit but makes a lovely loaf everyone. Shame we got charged extra for highlands postage even though we don't live in the Highlands. Makes it as expensive as the local shops in Aberdeen so might not be doing this again.

Kamut Flour must be marketed by you
You tell me when a product will be delivered, and you deliver on that date. BUT . . .what worries me is that you are not marketing the KAMUT flour you sell. NOBODY seems to know about this amazing "flour of the Pharaohs". The bread from it is STUNNING. You should develop a brand that could be as popular as the brand "sourdough". It's a matter of getting people to try a sample of the bread baked with this.
