Very poorly packaged so multiple rolls of foam tape loose in box had unraveled in to a spaghetti mess.

UPVC Cleaner
I bought this spray which was advertised as a cleaner for upvc. It was in fact a silicon spray to aid sliding doors and windows but had no effect on upvc. Probably fine for its intended purpose but useless as a cleaner.

Good price and well packed product - just what I needed. Slightly let down with delivery date - had not arrived 5 days after the date. So I rang up and the procust appeares two days later. After buying a hand glass lifting sucker I was immediately received a email saying due to suppliers it will take 3 weeks to arrive . I had to phone doortech direct after the 3 weeks for a update and the said it could take another 4 weeks to arrive .very poor communication with customers and a very poor service.

As outlined in our emails sent on 30th March and 16th April, we experienced unexpected supply chain issues that significantly impacted our delivery timelines. However, I fully recognise that this does not excuse the inconvenience caused to you, nor the need for clearer and more proactive updates from our side.
We understand how disappointing it must have been to wait beyond the initial timeframe and then have to contact us for further information. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and your feedback highlights where we need to improve.
As confirmed, your refund has now been processed, and we hope this has been resolved to your satisfaction.

Despite paying for 3-5 day delivery we received the Sika sealant after 12 days. This caused us a stoppage in our production. Not acceptable.

The product supplied was clearly advertised and sold as short-dated, and this was known prior to purchase. Which is why they are offered at a heavily reduced price.
Following your complaint, the matter was reviewed externally via a PayPal case, which was resolved in our favour, confirming that the item supplied matched the listing and description.
We also note that multiple reviews have been posted regarding the same order. While we respect all feedback, this does not reflect separate transactions or experiences.
