Amazing designs but very poor (nonexistent) customer service
The designs are amazing, but unfortunately that’s where the positives end. The sizes run extremely large, with no options for people who normally wear XS/S. I tried to arrange an exchange (as they advertise), but despite sending five messages since May via their website form and direct email, I never received a single reply. In my fifth message I even said I would leave a bad review if they continued to ignore me. They still didn’t respond, so here I am. On top of that, the print quality is disappointing -- the kind that cracks after only a few washes. Really frustrating experience, as the products could be great with better sizing, quality, and customer service.
