My parents let Gary Saunders come to do a quote acter my mum spoke to one if his door callers. He charmed them despite them reading his bad reviews, gave excuse after excuse. Eventually he agree to only take £1500 as a deposit. He stayed while my dad did the bank transfer, however his banking app was immediately shut down and he had to call the bank. At this point Gary Saunderseft quickly saying we should call him when the banking app was fixed. The bank refused the transfer and warned that the company had many bad reviews and that multiple companies had been set up in Gary Saunders name.

He has not been heard from since.

Gary Saunders, formerly Warm Roofs 4 Conservatories. Don’t use him, he cons people out of money and then sets up under a different name. Leaving this review so he can’t continue to rip people off just under a different name.

Gary Saunders - habitual thief. This man took a large deposit for work on a conservatory. Since then no work has been done and no money back. He method is to promise work will start after a start up deposit into his personal account (red flag I know). He has had thousands of pounds from people in the last few months to fund his Porsche lifestyle. His business is at 1a Spring Gardens Doncaster, also the office of The Energy Review Team (no doubt another of his scams). Until recently he lived on Spitalgate in Blyth but has seemingly done a midnight flit. According to FB he is renting a sofa in Harworth somewhere hiding from those looking to get their money back by other means.

Gary Saunders is a Conman!! FACT!! He took my deposit for materials to find out it went straight into his pocket..
The fitters.. They took the rest of my money and left me un finished!! FACT!!
Both parties had been given the money for the plasterers and both said they were not giving it to him, for him to complete my work..
The fitters blanked my messages and calls..
I finally got hold of Gary Saunders and after a heated argument he finally paid the plasterer to come and plaster my room..
8 weeks later and Im finally finished ..

Reading the other reviews i think I may have been one of the lucky ones but believe me when I say threats had to be made to this man to get it finished…

Gary Saunders just takes deposit's insisting on bank transfer to his own personal bank using "the to reserve the start date excuse" his contract says if cancel within 14 days FULL REFUND I'm still waiting does not return phone calls or email etc, I will be sending proof of his visit and other info I have to the authorities to add to the rest of the cases on file against him. DO NOT GIVE THIS MAN ANY MONEY UP FRONT.

Gary Saunders took our deposit of £4,300 and never did any work. He made multiple excuses as to why he wasn’t available but never actually intended to do the job.

He has scammed other people using company’s called Warm Roofs 4 Conservatives, 4 Counties Group and 4 Counties Home Improvements.

I have been fortunate enough to have my money refunded by the bank - but only because he never started any work.

Please do not let Gary Saunders anywhere near your property as if any work is started it will be very poor quality and need redoing by a professional. Also, this will make it near impossible to get your money back from your bank.

If you think all of these negative reviews are false then run a report using TrustOnline website against Gary Saunders at his Warm Roofs Dinnington address (S25 2LY) to see the multiple outstanding County Court Judgements (CCJ’s) against him.

Report your issue to Action fraud and Citizens Advice Bureau.

Do not give Gary any of your money. He owes me £8,500 from work that was not started and despite many promises of returning the money, all I got were pleas of poverty. Do not trust his patter. He sounds very convincing but seems to be more comfortable with lies than telling the truth.

Don't do business with Gary and certainly, don't give him a deposit as you won't get it back and he won't carryout the work. He has debt and uses the deposit to pay them and not to buy materials for your job. Luckily for me, the contractors were great and did the job, I paid them and not Gary. I don't know how he gets away with it or how he sleeps at night. The contractors are fed up with him as they don't always get paid or it takes a long time and a lot of hassle. He has no idea about running a business and is a disgrace. He doesn't tell the truth and spins you a line.

Please don't give this man any money. The reviews on here are 100% genuine - Gary Saunders takes your money and has no intention of doing any work.

Doncaster Conservatory Roofs is his latest scam company - previously 'Warm Roofs for Conservatorys' I've no idea how he continues to get away with it - there are active investigations ongoing, ongoing court cases with folk trying to get money back and baliffs are regularly seen at his house.

Do your research - no record of company on Companies house, terrible and very consistent reviews on trust pilot (search Warm Roofs for Conservatorys and previously 4counties and lots of community forums. Brand new website for new scam company.
Please don't fall for his sales patter - he's a con man and needs locking up. Tell anyone you know and share far and wide so he's not able to steal from anyone else.

I have been scammed by Gary Saunders under his other company name Warm Roofs 4 Conservatories. Do not fall for his lies. He is a con man who belongs in jail.

Do not trust this company. It’s run by Gary Saunders who has setup two other businesses called warmroofs4conservatories.co.uk and 4CountiesGroup. See the reviews on Trustpilot. He will take your hard earned money as a deposit and not do any work.
