Great food, great prices and very nice staff

Restaurant staff are excellent, I need to have gluten free food and the staff are always ready to help with choices

Great customer service both carry to car service and toll.

Never any cherry scones and choux bun taken off menu, every time we visit and we visit weekly.

Lovely hot chocolate and tasty cake! Plus I found a nice present for my autistic granddaughter.

Very poor. Took elderly mum for Sunday lunch. Couldn't take order for 3 Christmas dinners on Sunday at 12.30 because IT showed only 1 meal available. Eventually sorted. Waited over 1 hour! For food. Some customers longer. Some had to leave table to pay. Food was terrible. Dobbies should be ashamed.

All of the staff at your Boston branch were very welcoming and helpful. I wanted to purchase a spider plant but i could not find one. A member of staff went out the back to check for stock but I know i am looking at the wrongtime of year but the gentleman came back with a plant that had seen better days. He told me it would come back with a flourish and reduced the price for me.

We went for a meal the waiter explained that there was a wait for food , and that there was a offer on for pensioners .

We went to the café the young lady who served us went beyond to make our order the very best

The staff are great and products are very good quality

We really like having our coffee in the cafe rather than the restaurant but you often have to wait a long time to be served (because it's a popular place). This is not a complaint of the barista, the problem is there's only one person on and they have to do everything -serve, clear, wash up, register......

Some beauty items have disappeared forever Just when you really enjoy them no chance to buy again

Only went in for free coffee and bits from pet shop in store

Was very disappointed waiting to have a drink and cake In the cafe. Waited 20 minutes just to be served. Doesn’t help when you can’t stand up for too long either.

I was disappointed on this particular trip to you 1st we normally put our little dog in a trolley but read notice dogs no longer allowed in trolleys which was difficult on this occasion to not have him in trolley as my husband has had a hip replacement and couldn't handle our dog so we ended up not bothering with trolley 2nd went to get our free coffees only to be told our dobbies card had expired we had no idea that this was the case we did renew our card but still couldn't have our free coffees

Called in to buy bedding plants and browse. No staff in garden centre for advice and no help at till. Very disappointing.

What went right?
Ignored waiting to be seated at least more than 5 minutes. Actually sat at the table with menu's when people arrived after us were served we decided at that point to leave. Not at all what I expect from Dobbies at Boston Lincs. We travelled from Scotland to visit family and I have say I was deeply disappointed. However I'm led to believe this is normal service. I had hoped they were wrong. Sadly they were proved right.
