The website is very informative and includes an extremely helpful video on how to take the DNA swan sample from your dog. Once I sent the sample off it was great to receive acknowledgment that it had been received. All done very effeciently.

Purchased the DNA pack at Cheltenham Animal Shelter Summer Fair at a reduced price. Easy to do at home and a few weeks later was registered on the dna sight.

Got this for our golden retriever to give her extra protection. Simple to do. Good instructions but you need a dog that will let you rub her inside cheek happily.

This was a quick and easy process- it was done with step by step instructions and not difficult to follow.

We went to Dogstival at Broadlands in Romsey and saw your stand and listened to a talk about your DNA profiling. We found it very useful and interesting. We picked up a voucher from the stand which gave us a discounted price. We applied for it when we got home which was very straightforward. The test arrived very quickly and the instructions were super easy. We took the cheek sample with no problems and sent it off to be added to the system. Within a couple of weeks we received an email saying our dog had been added successfully and got sent a certificate with our dogs DNA profile on it. We would 100% recommend this service, it was so easy to do from start to finish. For the price of £64 we now have that extra level of comfort and security incase we need it. Thank you!
