Ordered a left handed ukulele for my son's birthday which did not arrive even after 10 days. Contacted DJM who said they would reissue a replacement - waited a week - and again the ukulele did not arrive.

DJM promised a refund on the 21st February - which has still not been paid over 2 weeks later!

NOT HAPPY.

Got a response today (15.3.19) and refund finally paid.

Very good value for money and rapid delivery. The guitar needed setting up, but I don't know how they do it for the price.

Quick and easy to find music, buy and print off.

Bought 3 ukuleles, 2 were fine but one was unplayable due to a terriblely high action, they were all for children so very difficult to press the string down on the fretboard.
I ordered a replacement from DJM which was fine.
The issue I have is I had to pay £6.05 postage to return the defective one.
It is not my fault the returned one was no good,Obviously quality control problems with DJM

Item I ordered was'nt in stock. I was informed quickly by Email of the next available shipping which was only a few days and it arrived within the week. A good service I would be happy to use again.

I ordered a Music stand as a Christmas gift, it arrived promptly and was well packed. Unfortunately the recipient had already received an identical item. I contacted DJM who very kindly offered a full refund on return of the goods irrespective of the fact that the 'returns' time window had been exceeded. I agreed to pay the return carriage cost in fairness since the original purchase was on a carriage free basis.

Will have no hesitation when placing future orders.
