DIY Splashbacks Bewertungen

From the moment I discovered DIY Splashbacks, I knew I wanted the antique style mirror as the centrepiece of my kitchen. I ordered a sample first, which arrived within just a few days, and the actual splashback arrived even earlier than the expected 3–4 week timeline.
As it turned out, the measurements I originally provided weren’t quite right, but thanks to excellent customer service from Craig, who patiently worked through three attempts to get the correct detail, my order was processed perfectly. His care and attention were genuinely appreciated, especially for a purchase that needs to be exactly right the first time!
When the parcel arrived, it was so well packaged that I had no doubts it would be in perfect condition. Installation was seamless, even for a DIY beginner like me. I followed an online video, and within minutes the splashback was in place.
I’m VERY happy with the service and VERY happy with the product. 😊😊
One extremely happy customer!

Ordered a 10mm splashback and after several weeks waiting I was notified that the glass had arrived as a 6mm. Decided to go ahead with this and had also paid for foil backing. On arrival the splashback did not have a foil backing. Very disappointed in the QC from this company.

How Customer Service should be done!

It's always a bit of a gamble, buying things on line, not sure if it's exactly what you are looking for, not sure what the customer service might be if you have any issues..... All I can say, is the product looks great and the customer service even better! I had an issue with the size of my splashback which was totally down to me. After paying your money, most sellers would have said it was my problem, but not Craig and the team at DIY Splashbacks..they have been so amazing! They have helped me resolve things despite it being my error...and I now have a splashback that fits!

Thank you so much Craig and the team. Can't tell you have grateful I am for your help!

We had a very positive experience with ordering from this company. Wasn’t too sure how it would work at first as they are not based in London. They have such a wide variety of choice and some materials and patterns that we hadn’t come across in our searches we had to go for it.
There was a bit of back forth when it came to supplying the measurements, but we appreciated that the team were just making sure that they produced a perfect fit. As we had to order 2 pieces they even gave us options as to how the pattern could be produced and laid out for the best effect.
We were very happy with the professionalism, the support and the guidance we received and our splash backs and the look we achieved are worth every penny we spent.

From ordering, up to delivery, everything was all ok & kept up to date with eta etc.

Unfortunately Parcelforce let them & me down as the delivery driver decided to leave the splashback in an unsafe location, later to be stolen as no one was in.

Working with Craig, i thank him for his prompt responses & for organising a solution quickly. Recommend in future the delivery company they use to require a signature at delivery, especially with the value of the delivery being high.

I found it very easy to order our kitchen splashback.

I made a telephone call also, they were very helpful.

It took Less than a week for us to receive it.

It looks absolutely fabulous in our new kitchen.

We are really pleased.

I would definitely recommend this company.

What a pleasure to deal with this company - you get to speak to, or e-mail, a real person (Craig in this case) and get prompt, clear and concise responses (and helpful advice, too).

And, as an additional bonus, they were were willing to accommodate my request for changing the position of the drill holes.

I really do recommend this company, I'm glad I found and chose them.

Ordered a mirrored splashback but measured it wrong. Rather than send it to me Chris and the team agreed to produce a splashback with the correct measurements and send it out so I wasn't disappointed. I had to pay some money but it saved me a great deal of hassle. Absolutely amazing service and will definitely use again.

Easy to order, lovely glass designs, fast delivery, good packaging, reasonable price, what's not to like.

Can’t fault the service or the product. Craig was really responsive and helped to ensure we got our measurements right. The mirrored glass splashback looks great, everyone comments on it. It was also very easy to install and fitted in the space perfectly. Very happy indeed!

We are so pleased with our splashback. Chris was extremely helpful and efficient over the phone. Very well packaged for transportation. Great service from this company.

How to look after your customers...
If your looking for a splashback look no further...After taking to Chris one of the owners I felt confident enough to order my splashback...they have a great range of colour's and I was given help with the measurements. Unfortunately there was a problem with the first delivery...but worry not Chris couldn't have been more helpful and I am delighted with the result.
Thanks to Chris and his team. A very grateful Anne Chadwick.

Beautiful product but most importantly company so easy to deal with. Quick and valuable responses and delivered within time scales predicted which I really appreciated. Would recommend.

Received my splashback and am absolutely delighted with it. The communication from the company was great, it was really well packaged for transit, good value, high quality product, adhesive was included and the image was clear. Would highly recommend this company.
Many thanks to Craig.

As a surveyor specifying items from a number of companies, this company rate extremely highly. The customer service and care of packaging matches the quality of the product.

Really pleased with our splash back. The customer service was exceptional. I made a real hash of taking the measurements but Craig talked me through it and to my husbands amazement it fitted like a glove! Can't recommend them highly enough.

Our new splashback arrived for the kitchen. Was hoping for Sydney harbour at night which was one my photos but the picture quality was rubbish so chose one my husband took took at Uluru. Craig was great at communicating and letting me know about the picture quality
Picked it up from parcelforce today and absolutely love it!! Fits to perfection. Can not recommend this company enough. First class all the way
