When I contacted Divert, Jack worked patiently to get the required information from me, and then efficiently arranged a collection. Fantastic service from start to finish. This is the third time I’ve used this company - the team on the phone are friendly and professional and bend over backwards to accommodate customers’ needs. The people who came to clear waste were good humoured, patient and worked efficiently, unfazed by the amount in my garage, calmly breaking up old furniture and loading it into the van. It’s such a relief to have everything cleared. Many thanks to all the team!

I needed some roof felt disposed of, and my local authority recommended them. Great communication and customer service beforehand, and the blokes came on time and were polite. Got a follow up call to check everything went ok, too!

Many thanks to Josh and Liam for a fantastic service on a recent warehouse clearance. Around 15 loads in total had to be removed from site, including HAZ waste and machinery which had to be split down. Great communication and relevant paperwork provided.
