Was looking to get spoiler extension for my oettinger spoiler and the staff at diversion point me in the right direction, put my order in and few seconds later it out for dispatch, 100% would recommend, thanks guys

Placed an order around 2/4/24 to then cancel 2 days later due to finding a better alternative. I informed Diversion straight away to them be told it will take 2 working weeks for the refund to process to which I then wait 18 working days with no update. After chasing multiple times I finally heard back informing me it would be in my account that day, but surprise, surprise, no refund, it is now 13/5/24 and I still haven’t received my refund for an item that never even left the depot. Very disappointed would not recommend.

I have ordered a few items from diversion all been great but my reason for review is their customer service is just incredible. Fast replies and genuinely want to help you. I just had an issue with the courier of my latest item, they delivered it to the wrong address. Mia from their customer service team was polite, helpful and had a replacement dispatched within the day.

I recently purchased a set of carbon fibre mirror covers for my golf r and they were sent very securely and swiftly and a really good price, and the fitment was perfect and with a really good finish, they look amazing, thanks

Recently paid £53.98 for a set of black badges for my VW golf which is pricey compared to competitors but i assumed id be paying more for good quality. The clips on the front badge were very weak and multiple broke away upon trying to fit it. I emailed support and after waiting around multiple days inbetween emails all they could offer me was a 20% discount when buying another. I won't be wasting my money and time on this company again and if youre shopping for badges for your car id recommend looking elsewhere.

Diversion provided me with the best customer service i have ever had - delivery timing was spot on with no hassle and a very welcoming team i can highly recommend, they are full of info and also helped me with parts fitting ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Recently purchased some zaero side skirts for the golf, Would definitely recommend diversion. staff were useful replied to emails very quickly they kept me updated with my order. definitely worth checking out as they have a huge range of stuff for multiple makes and models. All I would say is for people to be mindful that some things might not be in stock as their isn’t a wear house big enough for them to stock everything they sell.

Ordered a carbon fibre steering wheel and a suntrip fitted by diversion, well worth the money all the staff are lovely and happy to help. Would recommend any car enthusiasts to check these guys out as there the best in the buisness!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! I am extremely annoyed and frustrated with the experience I have had ordering from your company! I have placed an order for a key ring on the 23rd of February, It is now the 29th of March and has been over a month waiting for this item. It is utterly unacceptable that it should take over a month to receive an item as small and simple as a key ring, I assure you I will not be ordering from your website again and if I do not receive the item in the next coming days I will be requesting a refund from my bank as I haven’t received anything. If I could give less than 1 star I would!!

Products I ordered were spot on come very quickly with high quality packaging will definitely be ordering again.

I have a Z4 M40i and I bought a wind deflector for it that I thought didn’t fit, but after speaking to Mia and receiving a video on fitting I am now exceptionally happy with it. The wind deflector looks amazing and the help and service I received was First Class. Now I want the all round splitters if I can find someone to fit them.

ordered a replacement wing mirror casing for my mercedes and they had the exact same one that i needed. it arrived so quickly and fit like a glove - very impressed. they were also very quick at responding to my emails.

Bought a carbon bonnet, wing mirrors, splitter and indicators from diversion. Came down to have them fitted and cannot fault the team or the products. They were very knowledgeable and professional. Will be ordering from them again.

Ordered display button covers for golf r, the picture advertised shows writing printed on the stickers in white, I received item with cut outs so electric displays can be visible. This does not line up and I have spent all week asking for a solution / refund and they have now stopped responding.
ONLY PAY THIS COMPANY VIA PAYPAL. AT LEAST YOU WILL HAVE SOME RECOURSE.
The companies response below is a total lie. Just goes to show the integrity of this company over £14.88p
I have all emails without reply.
This is also the first time they are saying I purchased an incompatible product. Dont know how that is possible when their web site asks what car you have what year and then displays the compatible results.

Good place to buy from. Put my first order a not long ago, which arrived yesterday came well packed an protect an both items in great condition. Just put another in for some more things. Trustworthy company as parents have ordered from here before too and its been the same good experience definitely my go to place.
