Not a great experience. I ordered 3 items and had to wait over 2 months for the deliveries. All were Carbon parts for my AMG Mercedes.
I never received correspondence with updates and only got information by calling them. The lady wno answered was very helpful, however after weeks of waiting I eventually found out that one item was now unobtainable, so a refund was given.
This turned out to be useful as I found it on Amazon for less than half the price!
The other 2 items did finally arrive, but again only after I kept chasing them. They weren't cheap and if I pay top money for parts I expect good service.
Sorry, but my experience was dreadful and I cannot recommend this company in the slightest.
Sadly it's faster and cheaper getting stuff from China.

Really helpful staff that have great knowledge and help you find exactly what you are looking for. Will buy from again 🙂

Still not received my order

While the finish on the carbon fibre is beautiful, the carcass of the steering wheel used does let the complete finish down, scruffy would cover it’s description, and the packaging was basic, more attention required to make it a complete experience.

I think diversion are good at the off the shelf stuff. Anything custom (in my experience a steering wheel) should come with a little bit more information. The product itself seems well built and took around 3 months from order to arrive, and packaging was fine.

The challenge is communication and follow up which (most companies) would offer or at least be able to field when components do not come with instructions and email is the only method or contact when I ordered as the phones were always engaged (super old school). They do deserve the 5 star regardless of the little niggles.

The diffuser I ordered came and it said in the package, fitting kit included, had no screws in it. Also the diffuser came with the fins the wrong way around !! Took me hours to unscrew and fix it myself ! So it was the right way around. Then had to go out of my way to B&Q to buy myself some screws to put on as there was no fitting kit !!

Re ordered the same parts I had purchased previously on the 3rd of July and they were only delivered yesterday which was the 30th. Not only did it take a month to be delivered the product is completely different. It is not the same as the one I had before and isn’t as show in the picture. I have used these guys for loads of bits and thought they were great however was let down massively after ordering this.

The team at Diversion are top notch. Always happy to help with any questions or order updates.

Edit: I have been given a partial refund of the part, yet I still had to pay for the postage back to them as well. So, still not great. The customer service person who phoned was very apologetic which I appreciated and did explain the issue they had. If only that had been communicated at the beginning of my order, I'd not be put off purchasing from them again. I have added 1 star to my review as I did get some money back in the end.

Nothing but problems from the start.
Placed an order on 7/4/25 with an estimated standard shipping delivery time of 3-7 days. I did not receive this item until 9/7/25 3 MONTHS after ordering.
I understand that unforseen circumstances can arrise, however, they did not bother to contact me and explain this. I had to enquire where my order was numerous times without a proper explanation until months later.
There was no sort of compensation such as a partial refund or a percentage off my next order, or any other type of apology.
I then finally received my order and it does not even fit my vehicle. I emailed them informing them of this, to which they reply with a YouTube tutorial for the wrong vehicle. I then contacted them again and told them that video is not even the same vehicle and to explain this part does NOT fit the vehicle that they are advertising it under (which it is still listed under).
I then had to pay my own refund postage as well for their mistake.
Angry would be an understatement.
So far, still no communication and still no refund.
Will give them a chance to rectify their mistakes from this public review, then I'll be contacting Trading Standards and RetailADR.

Friendly staff who were very helpful, easy to navigate website with great quality products my next order has already been placed.

Bought a spoiler for my VW Golf along with some carbon fibre wing mirror covers and had these fitted. The staff were extremely helpful. I would highly recommend.

Hasn’t got back to me regarding a incorrect order id like to change and there’s no contact number to deal directly

Awful, bought 5 items for a vw polo hit 6c, 3/5 items didn’t fit the vehicle due to clips in the wrong place, too small or just poorly manufactured, would never buy from this place again

Got a splitter fitted which is a good quality product with great service.

I ordered three different things. I received the first thing which was some cheap Chinese crap three months later I received one of the same things and The other thing I ordered, I never saw the third thing the customer service is horrible. Never buy from this website.

Made an order on Monday and have received absolutely nothing, no idea when it’s arriving or even if it’s still existent. I feel like an update every few days would be reassuring as I need the parts and don’t know anything about if they’re coming or not.

UPDATE
Order gets randomly cancelled (notified by shop app) get no email or any communication to say why it was cancelled. Said I received a refund which I haven’t…

I got a reply a week after sending an email with the cancellation policy and I said that no I didn’t want to cancel anymore then received nothing after sending several emails after that. You guys have had 2 weeks to respond but I got nothing whatsoever, your loss.
