Placed an order and a week later it still shows ready to ship so they have not even processed and passed on orders to Royal Mail.

Sent several emails and messages (now days ago) and had zero response.

Very poor customer service, disappointing.

Be warned, I’m not one to leave negative feedback without reason but this is so frustrating.

Absolutely disgusting....they take your money and don't deliver. They don't have a contact number I sent emails and messages and they have not replied. People just be aware

I am writing this review to give a fair balance. I got paid yesterday and put in a quick order for some Bluesky nail gel polish. I was really pleased with the range on offer at diva-world, as well as the price. I was in a hurry before work and placed the order before seeing these reviews. I usually research a website if I haven't used them before but didn't this time and resigned myself to the fact that I might not get the two nail polishes I had ordered. However, they have just arrived this afternoon. That's the equivalent of what I'd expect from Amazon! I'm so pleased and will definitely use them again.

Ordered two skirts as presents for my wife. Only one skirt arrived but it was not one of those ordered. Emails to the company have been ignored and I have received no response at all from them.

Have ordered a couple times off here & items always arrive super quickly! Unfortunately one of my gels came damaged and customer service sent me out a new one and it arrived the next day! Very impressed with the customer service!

Ordered gliter paint thay sent it in a evlope no bubble wrap nothing but black envlope with company name stamped all over it. Contacted them with pictures of paint all in envlope thay offered stupied refunds saying i could keep the paint but no paint to keep as not in tins due to packaging now thay do not awnser so tommorrow i am contacting ebay aviod this company scammers bit i wont stop till thay fully refund or replace paint i suggest you dont by from these people as total scammers,you would think that having provided pictures thay would automatically replace as damige occured because not packaged properley by them im sure if thay was buying and items turned up like mine thay to would want it replaced or refunded in full diva gifts you should be ashamed

Disgusting company! Items never turned up. After constantly emailing, I finally received a response from them. Stating they have sent my parcel twice. I requested proof of delivery, which they couldn't provide. They said they would sent the items again, and guess what.... No parcel. Total SCAMMERS.

I have placed the order on August 2020, still waiting for the delivery, 27 09 2020 I have contacted the company 100 times and they answered was that what it is my address, I sent copy of the order with all the details and delivery address, never answer, I lost my time and my money. I am trying to solve the problems through Ebay admin and it takes a lot of time to deal with. It is SCAM company. It is a Nightmare. 27 09 2020. I don't understand why the company still available scam people on EBAY.

Ordered a Bluesky gel polish from this company via eBay, because it didn't show as being confirmed as delivered for some reason I was unable to leave feedback. So i'm leaving it here, firstly not happy that i could not leave feedback and also the polish, which was a neon shade is the worst gel i've ever used, so watery and streaky that even after four coats there wasn't full coverage. Avoid.

I ordered quite a lot of nail polishes from them and half of my order never came. I contacted them and they said it was over the 30 period. Which it wasn’t. Customer service wasn’t great. Would not ordered from them again.

Recently ordered a gel polish from Diva World, which got posted out within a few hours and arrived first thing the following day. Really impressed with a great service during these times. Item as described, reasonable prices, would happily use again :)
