AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS……

I emailed for assistance and was initially told they couldn’t help because it was a “basic order.” After complaining, someone finally sent a quote but it was 171% higher than my previous order. When I asked why the price had jumped so drastically, I got no proper explanation.

I then tried requesting a price match via online chat, which was a complete waste of time. After nearly wasting half the day on the online chat they refused to match the price because it involved a Black Friday discount code and when I asked to match it without the code, they came up with new excuses about delivery timelines.

Don’t bother with their price match promise they won’t honour it.
