I have been using direct specs in Shirley west Midlands for a couple of years. I went in last Monday as I know Gary works on that day and yet again I was not disappointed. He once again was friendly, very attentive and professional. He always seems to be able to sort out any problems I have with mine and my mother's glasses. He is such an asset to the Company to the degree I only go in when I know he is working. Again superb service and always attention to detail. I have been several times over the years and the service is always outstanding plus glasses / frames etc are extremely competitive compared to other companies. Would definitely recommend.

(again!!) and emailed to say i needed to buy some more but was worried I'd mess them the order up.. Simon came back to me straight away to say he could help and then did! Absolute legend
After a bit of a nightmare with Royal Mail, they lost my delivery/sent it back
I emailed again and Abi rang me within minutes to say they would replace them - fantastic service
I highly recommend this company, not only for their lovely glasses but there sales team and customer service are amazing

Jenny identified straight away that I was wearing the wrong bridge size; that’s why my spectacles kept sliding down my nose. I didn’t even realise there was such a thing. Jenny is always cheerful and welcoming. I’ve bought specs from here for at least 10 years. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Fantastic service
Can’t praise the lovely Jenny enough. She was so helpful and knowledgeable and helped me to choose frames which I definitely wouldn’t have chosen on my own. I love my new glasses and have had lots of compliments about them. Varifocals are always pricey but I got the best of everything for much less than I would have paid at SpecSavers.

I have had two pairs of specs last year at my local direct specs at 111 Stratford Road Shirley,I had a problem with one of my specs, which got broken and your member of staff , got my specs replaced with in two hours after I take it into the shop, I am very pleased with the service I have had .
