Hi the engineer that carried out maintenance to my boiler did a excellent job of work I had asked if he could check out a particular unit that was installed as an extra protection to actual boiler unfortunately one of the isolation valves on the unit became faulty and was leaking when turned back on. These valves are of the throw away type and can not be repaired. The engineer made inquiries to see one was obtainable but was going to a week before it could be obtained the engineer told me that he could bypass by removing the unit or the other option was to install a new unit.

But could only be done the next day to which I agreed he came installed it e c t and my boiler as been okay since James jenkin

I have found Direct Heating Installations to be very reliable in arranging appointments and turning up when they say they will - not always easy to find! We got the quote really quickly and the work was carried out very efficiently with no problems - Jake our installer was really polite, clean and finished the work ahead of schedule. Our central heating problems have been fully resolved.

Did exactly has promised. The workers were on time every day and left when they said they would. The property was kept clean and tidy, and the job was completed in 3 days as promised. Needed a repair a radiator valve which failed and meant I had no central heating, having had to drain the system to stop the leak.
I've not used Direct Heating Installations (DHI) before so was entirely reliant on online reviews to find someone. Ended up speaking to Matt and within a few minutes I had an appointment that he had managed to fit in for the next day. He asked for pictures to ensure the engineer had the right parts & said the engineer would call before arriving. Next day, call came from Jake who arrived shortly afterwards. He was polite, friendly and professional and having checked with me about Covid matters got on with the job. He did a thorough job, replacing valves, refilling the system and ensuring the central heating was functioning properly, leaving everything neat and tidy.
The cost was in line with the other company I had contacted and for what was effectively treated as an emergency repair I am very happy with the outcome.
I had a couple of small queries the next day, and Jake called me back and asked me to monitor things and keep him informed, but he was more than happy to come back if anything needed further minor adjustment. Things are settling in so I don't think anything more is needed but great to know DHI really cares the customer is happy.
