Fast, great prices, efficient delivery - lousy packaging.

Fast and efficient service, parts were exactly as described, all at a really good price. Small gripe: packaging for heavy ironware was insufficient. On delivery it was badly torn, with items poking out. Miraculously none of the small (loose) parts had fallen out, phew.

Excellent variety of strut channels & fasteners

Wide variety of strut channels and accessories at great prices. Also the delivery was as promised, no issues and perfectly on time. Definitely is now my vendor of choice for strut channels and such items.

Very quick delivery

Very quick delivery, but the order was mixed up (M8 studs with M10 base plates). We asked for replacement a week ago and haven’t heard back.

I recommend Direct Channel

Website takes some navigating but not as bad as others. The service from Direct Channel was great my order was dispatched super quick but the carrier not so good. They delivered all my packages but I was supposed to sign for it according to Direct Channel T&Cs but I was not told when my packages were being delivered so I was not in so they just left it in front of my house I’d like to think if I had had a problem Direct Channel would have helped 🤞🤞.

Regarding the signature requirement, you are correct — historically, many of our shipments required a signature. However, we have recently updated this because a large number of weekday deliveries were being delayed or returned when customers were not available to sign. Allowing couriers to leave items in a safe place helps ensure parcels arrive on time without unnecessary delays or failed deliveries.

That said, we understand the importance of communication, and we appreciate you highlighting this. We would have fully supported you if anything had gone wrong, and we’re always here to help should an issue ever arise.

First rate

First rate. However, avoid buying the welded brackets to suit Unistrut as the welds protrude and affect the accuracy of an assembly. The order was processed rapidly, despatched the same day with a good choice of carrier.
