Goods not received
I placed the order on dibrandto.co.uk which is a rebrand of directbrandtools.com. Same company, same customer services - you will have the same experience!
The website says "Order by 2pm for next day delivery". I ordered, and waited.... I had heard nothing a week later and emailed them. They said the item was out of stock, and offered me a replacement.
I then heard nothing for a week, and checked their website. I found that the item I ordered was now marked in stock, but at a higher price. I contacted them again to ask for the original item, and they agreed
A few days later I had notification that they would deliver the original item, so I contacted them and they said to refuse the parcel, it would be returned to them and they would send out the original one. I did this, and waited...
10 days after the parcel had been returned to them (which I could see on the parcel tracking) I got in touch with them again and cancelled my order.
It is a complete waste of time shopping with these people Shop elsewhere!
