Very few experiences compel me to write a review, but this was definitely one of them. I purchased a scale from them and it came in a timely fashion, very well protected in it's packaging, and was almost 18% cheaper than the next listing in google shopping results.
I opened up my scale and was ready to put the batteries in when I noticed one of the rubber feet missing. This is where I say to myself, "This is the problem with buying things online... Now I'm going to have to mail this whole thing back to either the merchant or the manufacturer and wait for another one." I called the number on my invoice and spoke with a very friendly gentleman who assured me I wouldn't have to do anything. He'd go open one up in their warehouse and peel off the rubber foot and have it in the mail to me today. All he had to do was ask me for my name and was able to take care of the rest. I said "Wow, how rare is this," to which he replied "well, you paid in good faith and you should get what you are expecting."

It was that simple.

I ordered a scale for a Christmas present for my dad. Not only was the service professional and helpful, I got my scale in 2 days via Fed-Ex. My dad is going to love this scale. He is an ammunition reloader and the scale will help with measuring his loads. I do recommend this site to anyone that is interested in buying a scale. The customer service was outstanding.

Digitalscalesaz sent a followup email the day I received my scale. The first scale I received was defective. They shipped another scale the same day with a prepaid return shipping label for the first scale. They also followed up when I received the second scale the day I received it.

I was looking for a Salter Brecknall ESA-3000 scale and DigitalScalesAZ had the lowest price by far. I had never ordered from them, so I was worried that they might not have it in stock or that they might not ship it out quickly, especially since they included free shipping for having an order over $200 (a lot of times, free shipping is slow and I would have paid to upgrade if needed). I left a comment with my concerns when I placed my order.

The next business day, they emailed me to say that the scale had shipping by UPS 2-day. Talk about awesome service! My only complaint, if you can even call it that, is that they didn't give me the tracking number. I'm sure if I asked for it, though, they would have given it to me. Two days later, the scale came right on time. I got just what I ordered, it was packaged well, and it works great. The day after it arrived, I even received an email from them saying they saw it was delivered and they wanted to make sure everything was alright with the order.

Overall, I was very impressed. The service was top-notch and the price was rock-bottom. You can't do much better than that. I will definitely do business with Digital Scales AZ in the future.
