Great service, good kit, nice people.
I bought a DAB aerial from Digitalis, it was a similar price to others on the Web but came with cable, mounting brackets and plugs included.
When I ordered it, I missed the option to have black cable instead of white so I emailed them and asked for black. They rang me within 10 minutes and confirmed they would send black cable under separate cover.
The aerial arrived within 36 hours and the black cable came a day later. It was good quality cable too, with foil screening, not the cheap stuff.
It was a doddle to fix and the aerial is excellent.
Overall, an excellent online experience.

Caravan TV
Recently purchased a new 12v smart TV for the caravan, it took less than two days from ordering it to it being delivered, very well packaged and taped up marked as fragile, unfortunately I ordered the wrong size so it had to be returned so I contacted digitalis and explained and they sorted absolutely everything, all l had to do was repackage the TV and they arranged a courier to collect it the very next day, as soon as they received it they issued my refund, absolutely fabulous service, seemless from start to finish many thanks Peter for all your help
