Shocking customer service, bought my fridge freezer online, had emailed 3 times looking for a delivery date, I then had to ring to be told it would be delivered 13 days after ordering. Turns out it was already going to be delivered 5 days after ordering which they didn’t know on the phone. Item arrived but had two massive dents on it and I was offered a 15% discount for the “inconvenience”. I paid a lot of money to be treated that way. This is my third bad experience with DID as each time I liked their product. Very disappointing and frustrating

Chris the staff member who I dealt with was excellent and very professional and patient as I wasn't sure of the item I was looking for but he took his time and I was sorted

I placed online order for a product that said 1 in stock on 13th July. I had to call them a week later to follow up on order to be told that it was on back order and should be in stock around 31st July. Received order on 6th Aug. My issue is, nobody picked up the phone or sent an email to apologize for the mix up and when I called it was very non apologetic for the issue.

She even phoned around other electrical shops when she didn't have the one I needed.

The website has a good selection and good descriptions of the items available. The price was good and I was pleased to be able to bool installation of the appliance. I was quite 5-7 days foe delivery bit contacted them by email after 10days and the oven was eventually delivered and installed 2.5 weeks after ordering

1.email updates were not timely.I thought I'd get a call or email that said delivery date and time, but what I got was notice that appliance would be delivered that day. I had to re arrange my day and appointments.
2.Driver was rude, even surly. Only interested in leaving as quickly as possible. 3. Instructions to prepare old appliance for return were incomplete. They stated unplug washer. Not remove all connections or prepare appliance for quick removal.
We followed instructions, we unplugged the appliance. Driver refused to wait 1 minute while we unhooked waterline. Literally 1 minute. He waited only because I said DID has lost a customer in us and I had it unhooked in that minute.

Easy online ordering for in-store collection, good communication letting me know when it was ready, and immediate friendly service when I arrived to pick it up. The product and packaging were in perfect condition, and worked perfectly when I got it home.

Caitlin was very helpful, and explained everything l needed to know about setting up my new sky remote.

Bought a cordless hoover today in D.i.D Finglas ,rang to check it was in stock and Emma answered, she put one aside and we went and collected it ,Emma lovely to deal with and very helpful.

Experience with DID Electrical was good. Ordered a cordless vacuum in the morning and collected in store at lunchtime. Very efficient. The product however has not been as good.

What a fantastic all round experience. Came in to get a tablet. Joseph was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, honest and efficient with his time. He really takes pride in his work and, from someone that deals with the public on a daily basis, you can tell. Wasn’t on my radar before but thanks to your wonderful staff I will be returning and recommending DID to my friends. My kids give it 7 stars, 5 wasn’t enough!

Very helpful and knew exactly what I needed.

I had a Dyson vacuum which had issues with the motor. Thankfully, I was still under my extended warranty period. When I contacted DID, they had originally helped by sending the item back for repair. Unfortunately the repair did not resolve the issue, so the team were able to help me get a new Dyson in lieu of repair. The entire team, especially Gareth and Dayva were extremely helpful in assisting me through this process. They communicated updates and next steps very clearly and professionally. I look forward to getting my new Dyson. Thank you all again.

Bought a new oven from Eoin(DID Limerick). He was able to give me and great deal and was also very knowledgeable about his products and was able to answer all my questions.
