I contacted Tina of Layla Diamonds in September 2019, looking to upgrade my engagement ring. My husband and I made an appointment with Tina, who took us through the options that were within our budget. Once we had decided on our design, Tina and her team produced an absolutely stunning ring! We are so happy with the end result. Tina was so helpful and informative, and gave us time to decide what was best for us. A first class service from a first class company. I highly recommend them!

Trust me, there aren’t all that! Jim is a downright crook and if you believe otherwise you are a fool. The only reason he has to be more honest now is that they shut down EGL laboratories. The industry no longer has inventory of diamonds from them. So he is FORCED TO BE MORE HONEST NOW. When I bought a diamond in 2014, he turned it upside down and showed my husband and I one white flaw and said, “you have a really good diamond here and only one flaw!” Also he said no one can see it as it was under the girdle which to us was true, and it was white. Really long story here, but we purchased the diamond, I never ended up wearing it and this year in May decided to to have it GIA certified and it is a hunk of junk! The jeweller that looked at it, told us what he did was a dishonest jeweller and the oldest trick in the book! Distract the buyer by a showing a minor flaw to take their eyes off the bigger flaws! He is a crook!! Go to other websites! Steer clear from them.

Tried to get info to buy but made a mistake and chose the chat. Sumi answered. Closed the chat..terrible service. AND..I bought a wedding and diamond band from them prior.

I ordered diamond stud earrings for my wife as a birthday present. I really liked that I could choose my diamonds and that they came with GIA certificates. Also, I was in a hurry to receive the earrings. The seller worked with me to get them on time. When they arrived, my wife loved them!

I was very impressed with Diamondsonweb. I ordered an 18K white gold wedding band. It was a lovely ring, but didn't fit properly with my engagement ring. Therefore, I returned it and was promptly refunded my money. I would not hesitate in doing business again with this company.

I had ordered a diamond and the day after my purchase I received a call from Layla asking me to call. I called her and she transferred me to Sam.
He explained the quality of the diamond to me which lead me to decide on a better quality diamond and NOT going over my budget. I made plans to
