My partner and I are first time buyers, lots going on etc… a hug feels more like a headlock at the moment.
Anyway Dan managed to put up with us for about 90 minutes (must have felt like half a week) during which he was friendly and gave sound advice including cost saving options without upselling etc.
Polite, friendly and professional yet laidback. Just what the Dr ordered.
I’m definitely building a man cave at the end of my 80 foot garden with bullet proof windows, right at the back!

Nice relaxed atmosphere when looking for a sofa

From the moment we walked in we were…
From the moment we walked in we were greeted with a friendly smile. The sales team who looked after us spent time listening to what we were after. Once we had found our furniture they really spent time helping us choose the right colour for us.

Troy was lovely, although you can’t buy a sofa in a rush due to the sales pitch of the insurance. He was very good at his job, gave me all the information that I needed to know to maintain my sofa. Great customer service.

A helpful customer
I spoke with Kieran this morning, he was brilliant. I spoke about the Kian settee on Saturday and found out the measurements and went home and worked out the measurements. Today Kieran was so helpful so have gone ahead and paid fully and have a possible date for it to be delivered.
