Laura was great, explained everything clearly and really helpful when deciding on colours.

Once we decided what sofa we'd like to purchase the experience was very positive. The sales assistant talked through everything we needed and was very friendly, helpful and professional. The process didn't take long at all which was great, but it also didnt feel rushed through either. No heavy sell on extras just useful information on the process of purchasing and maintenance of sofa, insurance cover etc.

Upon arriving staff greeted us creating a welcoming initial impression of the shopping experience. As a family we were able to browse and staff were on hand to answer our questions as and when we needed them. We didn’t feel rushed and returned a second time before making a purchase. Shout out to Sam who every time we visited made us feel comfortable and provided us with a variety of options for us to think about.

Friendly competent staff, no pressure from them, quick and easy purchase, just how I like it.

I visited DFS a couple of times before finally making my purchase. On my first visit, I spoke with a member of staff who showed me a few options and said he would come back to me. However, he then started serving another customer and was taking quite a long time, so I decided to leave.

On my second visit, there were several more store assistants on the shop floor. Toni was already helping another customer when I sat down on a sofa to wait. A few assistants walked past me and, despite not serving anyone, nobody asked if I needed help as they were chatting amongst themselves about their weekend plans.

Once Toni had finished with her customers, she came straight over to assist me. From that moment onwards, the experience was excellent. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, offered fantastic advice, and showed me a range of suitable options. She explained the pros and cons of different fabrics and colours and suggested I take some time to think about my choice, as I was unsure what would best match my carpet. She also mentioned she was not working the following day, so I waited before returning.

A week later, I came back and was greeted immediately by Toni again. Once more, she provided impeccable customer service and excellent advice, which helped me make my final decision. She carefully explained all the payment options in detail, and the entire purchasing process was smooth and straightforward.

Toni is a real credit to the DFS team and truly deserves recognition, whether that be a bonus or a medal for her outstanding customer service.

Staff were great and friendly, we weren’t pushed into a sale we didn’t want and were left to browse for as long as we wanted.
