Very welcoming staff in the Stevenage branch, the two ladies in there were incredibly approachable and helpful!

Spent quite a while in DFS Stevenage narrowing our sofa choices down to 2 . We were then assisted in making our final choice by a sales assistant . They were informative without being pushy .They explained the points about both of our choices enabling us to make a more informed decision. The cost was reasonable with many choices of fabric for our sofa and many combinations of seating . The delivery time scale was reasonable , all we have to do is arrange removal of our old furniture as DFS no longer do this .Overall very safisfied with purchasing experience .

After looking at what felt like hundreds of sofas and visiting so many different furniture shops, we finally found the one at DFS. The staff were really friendly and helpful without being too pushy, which made the whole experience so much nicer. They gave us the space to look around but were there when we had questions. We left having ordered our sofa and couldn’t be happier. Definitely worth a visit.

We had a great experience at DFS thanks to Nicky. She was really polite, friendly and relaxed, and made us feel comfortable throughout. She wasn't pushy at all, which we really appreciated.

Nicky took the time to explain everything clearly, helped us with measurements to make sure we chose the right sofa, and answered all of our questions. Her customer service was excellent and made the whole experience enjoyable.

There was a wide range of sofas to look at and sit in. On our first visit the salesman was helpful but not at all pushy. We went away to confirm measurements in our room, and to have a little think! We returned the following week and dealt with another sales person, who again was not pushy. She explained things to us carefully and gave us some additional options. Clearly she’s good because we went with the extras! A thoroughly enjoyable experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others.
