We were served by Belle and she was brilliant. Very friendly, not a pushy sales person. Belle was knowledgeable, she helped with advice on fabrics and leather to help us make our decision.

Came in twice was helped by the same assistant Helen she remembered us from the previous visit. Very helpful and understood our needs. Couldn’t ask for more.

Excellent service at Sidcup store today Brought 4 dining chairs and we was given a reduced delivery charge for only £20 We even got a free £20 scatter cushion fabric to our choice and no delivery charge

We arrived to a warm welcome and were allowed to wander round without salespeople breathing down our necks. One came and asked if he could help and we asked where the recliner chairs were which he showed us and said he would be on hand if we needed any further help

Lovely quality furniture and a spacious show room, nice displays and friendly staff . Helen who assisted us was very knowledgeable and informative, making it an easy decision to purchase what we did. She ran through plenty of options, cover, warranty and was clear and precise.

Really great experience from start to finish.
Store was clean and uncluttered, with a huge selection of lovely, quality sofas beautifully displayed.
Staff were very attentive and helpful, without being pushy; specifically Isabel and Temi. Both were very friendly and professional and obviously highly trained in customer care and in product knowledge.
We were helped with our final purchase by Temi, who was really patient and explained all the options with regards the sofas and accessories and also the finance.
Extremely happy with our experience at DFS and looking forward to receiving our new sofa!
