The sales team weren't at all pushy, they gave us time to look and explained various options and things that weren't actually explained when looking at the sofa set online. When we chose the set we wanted, they didn't try to encourage us into buying extras or upgrading the sofas with electric options, they just sold us what we chose. There was no trying to increase the spend or add more onto the finance deal. Overall a refreshing change from some other credit based furniture sales.

I always choose DFS, for my final purchase. I like to look around other suppliers for ideas and comparisons.

This is my 8th purchase from DFS over many years due to the quality, and support available from start to finish to include the aftersale service.

Today the store was very busy and only The Manager and the delightlful young lady that helped me (Ruby's sister !!!) ..... apologies I did not catch the name.

The service was relaxed, friendly,helpful and met my needs.

The shop had a lot of choice and options and all staff were helpful. We had Helen help us and she was fantastic. She went through everything very clearly and helped us with choosing the best sofas for us.

Although we’d already chosen the sofa we wanted, Helen made the whole purchasing process an absolute pleasure. She was warm, friendly, incredibly helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. Her knowledge and genuine enthusiasm really stood out, and she even took the time to chat to us about roof tents, sharing some brilliant advice and recommendations that have inspired us to look into buying one ourselves. Customer service like Helen’s is rare these days, and she is a real credit to the company. Thank you for going above and beyond!
