We had been into the store multiple…
We had been into the store multiple times over the past 2 weeks and each time we went everyone was always friendly and asked if they could help. Dan met us on 3 occasions and each time he didn’t push us to make a decision or do pushy sales. He helped with our final sale and made sure we knew all the information. The store was clean, tidy and all the sofas were well cared for considering the amount of people who sit on them!

The best customer service
Originally spoke with Dan who was just the most welcoming and friendly man who went through everything with us and sent us all the details of our order. Went into order sofa and dealt with Bethany and she was amazing. The loveliest lady and so helpful in regards to arranging delivery for us. Would definitely order from there again for sofa or bed in future.

What a great experience!
Simon served us, was really knowledgeable and personable, could have a laugh with him. Also when he first introduced himself he didn’t then hover around us which I personally appreciate.
Sofas were lovely, everything was clear and when we made the decision to purchase, the application and ordering was so quick and easy! Lovely store as well, offered a drink and just lovely service.

10 out of 10 if we could score more we would thanks
Walked in and thought we knew what we wanted but Sam walked to us and asked if we are OK, she was lovely and asked all the right questions for our needs and if we looked online etc... we ended up with something completely different and it was way better and suited what we wanted or needed .. we purchased all warranty and cleaner .. so can not fault her experience and very friendly.. it seemed like we knew her longer than 20 mins... we have been to other stores in the past but we will recommend to others made us feel like we were home..
