Great, warm welcome when going to have a look at a sofa we saw online. Katie was knowledgeable, friendly and we ended up placing an order on a different range than planned. This is the 3rd time we have used DFS and would use again.

We're came to measham DFS this morning…
We're came to measham DFS this morning and saw the settee ,it was the first thing we tried and we were sold,we came back in the afternoon and spoke to a very pleasant young lady who has in my opinion excellent customer service skills,she went through the whole process with us and put us at ease ,the settee we bought is a flaxon and also a raveena swivel chair and stool

I had such a fantastic experience in the Measham store today thanks to Jackie, who truly went above and beyond. She not only assisted me with my purchase but also took the time to share some brilliant design ideas for our new sofa collection, which I really appreciated.
Jackie struck the perfect balance between professionalism and personality—she was knowledgeable, attentive, and incredibly helpful, while also bringing a great sense of humour that genuinely lifted my spirits and distracted me from my own worries.
It’s rare to come across someone who makes the whole experience feel so easy and enjoyable. Jackie is an absolute credit, and I couldn’t recommend her highly enough!

Excellent service
Sales representatives really helpful this is the fourth sofa we have brought from DFS over a number of years and the service is second to none. Customer service is excellent in the Measham branch and advice was really useful. Would 100% recommend.

Really pleased with the service received at the Measham store. Kate and Lee were both brilliant, very personable which is what you want. Didn’t feel under pressure and Kate was patient and helpful while choosing the configuration etc. Just got to wait for our sofa to arrive now! Thanks so much!
