Great service
Very pleasant, chatty, friendly people, each of the four people we spoke to very attentive and polite from point of contact to exit. We were even served coffee and water and never felt rushed or pushed into making our choice and final decision. Phil, Marcus, Tori and another we didn't get to know properly were the perfect hosts.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service with Angela and others in the store. Felt like they really knew what they were talking about and I found it really interesting to hear about how the furniture is made. We were made to feel at ease and appreciated the advice about the size of the sofas and how they would look in our house.

Alison, another chap John i think? Where very helpful and offered me as much bonus uses as I could. I would have liked the smal pillows but thought I can’t be to cheeky!
They really made an effort to sort me it. The lady was very nice and so helpful
She even offereg my mum a coffee as she was in the car waiting. My mum can’t walk very well which is why shouldn’t come in.
