From the moment I arrived, she was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to answer all of my questions, gave honest advice, and made the whole process easy and stress-free.

Beth went above and beyond to make sure I found the right sofa, and nothing was too much trouble for her. Her professionalism, patience, and genuine care made the experience enjoyable from start to finish.

We were approached when we entered the store, and given some general information, but then left to explore ourselves. We were asked if we needed help half way round the store, and given some further information. Once we had decided we wanted to make a purchase the manager gave us the information we needed to go home and make some further measurements. We then returned to the store and made a purchase. The sales person was informative and helpful.

Very disappointed with both the quality of my sofa and the customer service from DFS.

My sofa is less than 12 weeks old, and I reported problems on the day it was delivered. The chaise had rippling from day one, and the recliner has loose fabric and noticeably less padding when reclined.

The first engineer advised me to wait 6–8 weeks for the foam to settle. When the second engineer visited, I was told that advice was incorrect and was even offered replacement foam for the chaise. Despite this, DFS continues to insist there is no manufacturing fault.

To make matters worse, the engineer reports did not accurately reflect what was discussed during the visits. I was told two service managers, no fault and therefore no fix.

After spending around £1,800, I expected much better quality and customer service. Instead, I've been left chasing a resolution for issues that have been present since delivery. I have now escalated the matter to my finance provider under Section 75 because I have lost confidence in DFS's handling of my complaint.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend DFS.
