First Time Visit
Visited DFS for the first time to purchase a new sofa - it took x3 visits to make a final decision
All staff members we interacted with were friendly & helpful
In particular, Aaliyah who we completed our purchase with was amazing.
She explained everything clearly, made sure we understood the lead time for delivery and also was completely clear on expectations if we should need to claim on the additional cover we purchased for damage etc.

Top notch service from start to finish
From the first day that we meet Matt we found that he actively listened to our needs and requirements and solved any problems that arose quickly and efficiently. His product knowledge we found helped us to finalise on our decision, he troubleshoot problems we cane across amd provided tailored recommendations for our needs. The interaction was friendly and no pressure put onto us to make a sale.
