I had an amazing experience at DFS. The customer service was excellent, and the whole process was smooth and enjoyable. A special thank you to the shop assistant, Kive, who was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful. Kive went above and beyond to make sure we found exactly what we were looking for. Highly recommended!

Jimmy Singh was very helpful and offered excellent service, treated us very well and showed loads of deals

Complete headache!

Notified me last minute it was displayed sofas instead of new. Anyway I agreed in good faith, When it was sent out the first day in a few hours it became sunken.

The day of the delivery & the concurrent day it started releasing horrible concrete like gasses of chemical and odours to the point it’s absolutely unliveable causing constant coughing & sneezing yet the Birmingam managerial branch, Lewis and Sandy to be specific are making this difficult to return

Worst experience ever managerial are trying sweep this under the rug to book a DFS assessment on the 17th just to save themselves even though these sofas are past just being sunken seats it’s not about that anymore which they seem to not understand it’s to the point me and my family’s wellbeing is at harm by the intoxicant chemicals gass the sofas releasing.

The Sofas are plain and simply a complete Health hazard.

I will write to decline the DFS technician and declare my 30 days refund act

The reception was lovely, the lady that attended to us was superb.

Summer greeted us with a lovely smile when we arrived . She was knowledgeable about the products, the various fabrics and how to look after them. Summer made herself discreetly available without pressurising us into making any decisions and patiently answering any questions and queries.
Her demeanour is sunny, very pleasant and warm, which reflects her name! A first class service Summer.
