Kind and very pleasant staff

The lady who helped us was very helpful and patient as we took a long time to make our selection of colour. She helped advise us but was not pushy and let us made our own choices without any pressure.

Very helpful staff, angela went through alot of options with us when choosing our sofa and explained everything we needed to know. Lovely store, did not feel pressured.

Welcomed as soon as we walked into the store. Left to browse but help was on hand. When ready to ask questions seen straight away. Decision made on purchase and fully explained in a lot of helpful detail. I definitely recommend. X

We had a very good experience with DFS, it started from the moment Dawn greeted us at the door, the store had many options to choose from, and the furniture displayed was stylish, seemed durable and of a good quality. We made 2 visits to the strore, staff were pleasant, Dawn in particular, who remained with us during both visits, was very kind, helpful, and always offered us coffee. It is not the furniture or the coffee that made our experience remarkable; one of the pieces we were interested in which my wife really liked, was not immediately available, and we needed to have a special arrangement before we could go ahead with the purchase, this required back and forth email communications that spanned over a week, again, it was Dawn who kindly provided her direct DFS email, chased the matter and always replied promptly till the issue was resolved and we finally managed to get what we were after. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and would highly recommend.

Marcus, as store was absolutely brilliant explained everything. helped us in every possible way to get what we wanted and how we wanted it absolutely fantastic he was.

We had visited a few sofa stores in search of new furniture set - first thought was DFS in which we found one we liked and which we stopped our search there!

The team where great and welcomed us back into the store later that day when we made our way back and the purchase process was smooth and efficient.
