We always buy our sofa etc from DFS,quality is first class and the service is second to none. Unfortunately we chose the day their internet was having tantrums,not their fault. I was well informed at every stage
I was well informed at every stage, spent time showing me various options and showed me how easy it was to operate the bed of the sofa bed I then purchased.
However it would have been nice to have had the option of buying the foam mattress rather than the spring. Maybe DFS should consider this in the future.
Otherwise excellent service and a lovely cup of latte!
