The sales person was very efficient.
The sales person was very efficient, she showed me how my purchases would look, and made sure I was happy. The only fault with my purchase was, that the additional scatter cushions I wanted to purchase, would not be available with the sofa, so an additional delivery charge would have been added if I wanted to go ahead and purchase them. A click and collect service should be added or a waver of the additional delivery charge.

No preasure sales, left alone to browse and felt at ease looking around staff on hand if needed info /help on the sofas, girl who helped us decide was knowledgable and made us feel comfortable from start to finish made it pleasant experience🙂
