DF Legal Ledbury dealt with the sale of our house in a reasonably satisfactory manner, but e-mails regarding the renewal of a lease on a commerical investment property have gone unanswered for weeks.
Last week, I also phoned the Newent office to make an appointment to update my Will, but was told that the relevant person was unavailable and as no one could make an appointment in her absence, she would call me as soon as she returned to the office. I am still waiting!
